Bob Bourdage started inspecting homes in the Chicago area over 20 years ago when he bought an AmeriSpec franchise. Prior to that Bob was a heating and cooling contractor for both residential and commercial properties in this area. He then went on to become a Physical Plant Engineer for a Chicago hospital in charge of building and system operations. He’s also served in a role of Department Building Manager for a local Fortune 500 company. Bob is a state licensed inspector performing residential, commercial and industrial inspections and he still loves his job even after 20 years.
